Have had other multi vitamins in the past but these are the best i have found, you only have to compare the table of ingredients against others. These tablets are not contained in a capsule which means that everything in the tablet is good for you.

The best multivits out in the market! For those that train this is more important than taking protein powder. Essential part of my stack. Does make your urine yellow but if you're drinking 2-3l of water a day this is normal. Can't praise enough of. Thank you ON Defo recommened.

Optimen is an essential product for any man who pushes their body to the limit, you could probably make do with one tablet a day, but it's advised you take 3 which is overkill as most of the containing vitamins will pass through and out your body - but I always say its better to have it and not need it, than it is to not have it and need it! All in all optimen contains some quality vitamins including stuff like B12. Worth a try!

Amazing quality product as you would expect from Optimum Nutrition. Taking 3 of them every day helps, you do feel more vital and healthy. Off course with good clean diet. Recommended.

I was looking for a superb multivitamin so I decided to give this a shot. All I can say is WOW. I felt healthy taking this supplement and this helps me to recover from hard gym workout, but something that shocked me the most was the amount of ENERGY it was giving me! Every time I take these pills Im like the energizer rabbit. Some find unable to sleep if taken at night but not in my case.

Solid multivitamin does what it's meant to

Just started using this product definitely has all the key stuff you want. A lot of reviews on the net saying they generally feel a lot better, have better sleep etc just put that straight in terms of don't rely on this solely for all your vits and minerals, obviously without saying your diet should be good so make sure take it with a very good diet and yes you will feel the effects. Don't be put off by slightly strong color of your urine after taking this. As a multivit and for its ingredients I think it's a solid buy and staple with a good diet, worth a shot, better than any other multivitamin on the market in my view. Other advice is not to take to more than one tab at a time and do not take on an empty stomach, space it out. (I felt a bit sick when I took it in morning before having breakfast which I normally grab at work, take it with food and spread over 3 of your meals)
