Serious mass is great for hard gainers like me, I have a hard time gaining weight but with this stuff I gained weight easily! I split the serving size into 2 shakes one for after the gym and the other before bed, also with 3/4 meals a day. This helped me increase my calorie intake and helped me develop a lot more muscle mass. The best tasting one I have had is chocolate peanut butter, the others are also ok but like any other product it can't be perfect!

This was my first experience with weight gainer and I wasn't disappointed. The chocolate flavour is pretty good and it mixes easily. The only downside is that you need two massive scoops to get a full 1250 calories and that pretty much fills an entire shaker. The good thing though is that you need very little water to mix it, much less than with normal whey protein. I have only had good experiences with ON products and this is no exception. It is actually surprisingly cheap per portion as well. Would recommend getting a massive bag due to the portion size.

Great product for hard gainers however scoops are on the big side and is really filling when using milk. But if putting on weight is your goal all mass gainers filling are with the amount of calories. Only had vanilla but is tastes great As there is only 16 servings per bag I split the scoops in half and added milk for calories making the bag last 32 days

When I first purchased this product I had second thought about getting it. Due to the massive calorie and carbs intake per serving, however, since purchasing it I never looked back. The volume of calorie, protein and carbs is sufficient enough to get any person the mass they need. As always being the natural 'skinny' kid this product has allowed me to make the gainz I need! With careful monitoring on my diet this has allowed me to put extra size of muscle on without putting too much extra fat. GREAT PRODUCT (especially chocolate flavour)
